Chilli Fever was founded in 2020 out of an allotment in Stamford, Lincolnshire. We started out growing our peppers, and making our hot sauce as presents for friends and family. The feedback we received from everyone was excellent, so we decided to take the plunge and move into production.
We grow as many peppers as we can inside our poly tunnel here in Stamford. All our peppers are grown with love and care which we hope translates to the finished product. When we have enough peppers, we start the fermentation process.
Our sauces are fermented using only salt and water. The sauce is then cooked, to stop the fermentation process.
