So today I (Alex) decided to create a blog because... why the fuck not?

In preparation for the upcoming markets we have booked, we're getting a delivery of fresh peppers delivered today. What better way to spend the Easter weekend than chop chop chopping? In all fairness, we've almost ran out of our Smooth Pepper Sauce. 

We've also half prepped a batch of our Garlic Chilli Oil, so that will be finished off today too. We should be well stocked up on Hot Sauce, Jams and Oil for the next month or so :)
